ATTENTION Factory X and @busybjj students! In an effort to keep you training and sharpening your skills while stranded at home during these unprecedented times, we’ve created a private Facebook group which all current Factory X and Busy BJJ students will be provided access to. We plan to feature daily Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling and conditioning content from all of your beloved coaches including @mcbusy @coachmarcmontoya @themoroccandevil @therealjonesmma @_its_all_in_the_hips_ @briancamozzi @broyval @sidvish125 and others. We will also feature guest coaches from time to time.
The content will be appropriate for all ages and abilities from kids to adults; beginner to advanced.
